Hello! My name is Kayleen.

Life has taken me many places, from Wisconsin and Minnesota in the Midwest to Florida in the South, over to Connecticut and Pennsylvania in the East. These relocations have ushered me through challenges and learning experiences; how to problem solve, how to adapt, the importance of home…

Home is stability. It is comfort and safety; it’s independence. It’s a foundation for growth — personal, financial, or other. Home is something that can be easy to take for granted when you have it, and as I’ve gotten re-settled in the Madison area with my partner and son I’ve come to understand just how exciting of a thing calling a place home really is — and that is where my joy and passion stem from in this real estate industry: the privilege of witnessing those special moments of someone finding their home.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a degree in English and Creative Writing. After working for The Minnesota Daily newspaper as a Marketing Specialist, The Tower Art & Literary Magazine as an Editor, and HerCampus Minnesota online publication as a Content Contributor, I taught high school English for several years. My English background brings a fresh perspective to my role as a Transaction Coordinator, where I focus on the little things and make sure every detail is covered.

In my job, I'm all about keeping the process smooth and stress-free — from listing properties to getting them closed. I have assisted agents in closing over 500 transactions (and counting).
